Some Omega-3 Supplements May Relieve Depression: StudySome formulations omega-3 oleaginous acids may help ease depression, a reinvigorated study suggests. Researchers found that omega-3 supplements containing the right rate of the fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic sour) and EPA (eicosapentenoic acid) appeared to back ease depression symptoms. This finding was reached later than researchers analyzed the results of around 15 previous clinical studies on the application of omega-3 supplements.
